ZP817/819 rotary tablet press
Application
ZP817/819 is not only suitable for pressing round tablets from various kinds of granular materials but also pressing irregular tablets of different geometric shapes. It is suitable for production in small batches.
The turntable carries 17(19) sets of molds, and 17(19) tables can be pressed for each rotation. During operation, rotation speed of turntable, depth of filling material and thickness of tablet can be adjusted. Mechanical buffer unit will prevent it from overload damage. A power suction unit is attached to take in the residual power during operation, so that blockage by the residual powder can be eliminated and the collected powder material can be reused.
