Powder filling machine is specially designed to get high accuracy outputs of powder in a limited time. This machine mainly consists of a Frame, Drive Motor, Electromagnetic Clutch-Brake unit, Hopper, Motor cover, Drive shaft, Augur and output nozzle.
Total assembly of the machine is carried by frame made of M.S square Pipe of good strength. Top of the frame, there is drive motor, clutch-brake unit, and drive coupling attached to a driven shaft. Below the top plate, is mounted the stirrer motor. Drive shaft is coupled to another shaft which carries the Augur.
Hopper is made of Stainless steel and is mounted on the frame at the centre. Hopper is having a wide mouth of diameter 425mm and a tapered shape nozzle where powder discharges. Below the nozzle is a digital weighing machine placed to get accuracy. A panel box is also provided on the main frame to control the total unit.
