The machine has 1 matrix which is 350 mm, 2 ovens and 1 cooler systems.
The machine has maximum 4 tone capacity that produces 16x16mm sugar within 25 holes on matrix.
You can also order different dimensions for sugar such as; 11x16, 15x15, 16x16, 17x17, 18x18, 22x18 etc. When you order, please state the dimension of sugar so that you can obtain the capacity of machine.
The machine operates with 380 volt and maximum 6,5 KW per hour.
The machine has electrical supplied digital panel and does not need any other panel.
The machine has sugar transferring band which is completely chrome made.
The machine has ovens that controlled by thermostat and has minimum consumption of electricity.
The lower(small) silo of the machine takes two sacks of sugar, and the upper(big) silo takes 10 sacks of sugar.
The elevator of the machine is 4 meter and has 1.5 hp( Motor power).
The operating field of the machine must be minimum (2,5x10) 25 mē, and height of the ceiling level must be minimum 2,80 meter.
Since the machine operates quite,it can be also placed under buildings.
All the parts that touching sugar are made with chrome (except elevator).
The front pushing hand system of the machine operates by pneumatic system.
We can produce maximum 27 mm lenght cube sugar, widht 18 mm. And height of the sugar is adjustable between 9 mm up to 16 mm.
The lenght of the machine is 7,25 meter. Three worker are needed during the production. |
