Application:
This equipment applies to process all kinds of low or high viscosity lubrication oils. It widely has been used in metallurgy, electric power, mine, machinery, petroleum, chemical and manufacture etc. It can eliminate water, impurties, water-solubility acid, alkali from used oil quickly and efficiently. It could improve the movement viscosity and flash point and also could restore the special characteristic of the oil. Feature:
1. This equipment adopt the inner-cycle system and the treated oil could meet the national standards directly. The cost of maintenance is very low and what need to do is only replace the filter paper and filter cloth.
2. The way of purification is the purely physical mechanical purification treatment. Without using any other chemicals, It could keep the quality of the treated oil same with the original oil’s.
3. It adopt high-efficiency strong-air condensation system which could exhaust the water in the oil through condensated the vapor from the oil. This effect is very excellent.
4. This equipment especially applys to deal with the high viscosity oil and the oil which contains heavy water.
