I am hoping to hear urgently and also positively from anyone who can be able to partner and assist for great gains, in this transaction. I am the Legal Adviser and counsel to a deceased expatriate contractor who used to work with Zenith Oil and Gas Company, who shall be referred as my late client.
On the September 28th 2000, my client and his entire family died in a auto in Benin. He was a well known philanthropist but died, without a will and his bank have just informed me to produce a next of kin to one of his accounts, with a balance value of 14.7 million USD, or have it forefeited to them ,if it remains untouched for a total of 5 years.
I am particularly interested in securing this money from the Bank, because they have issued a notice instructing us to produce the beneficiary of this Will within three weeks or else the money will be credited to the Government treasury as per law
