1. Characteristics: The equipment is integrative welding machine, do without cutting ee (save material), adjustable of distance of warp thread, input the distance of weft thread to computer, any character can be reach.
Our company developed weft putting in device, it make the putting in better than before, and we have apply the patent for this device.
2. Accessorial part: wire coils, automatic mesh cutting machine, mesh rolling machine, mesh repairing machine, electric control cabinet.
3. Main usage: welding of fence mesh for railway, highway, brie, and building etc.
4. about the process: 1. The longitudinal is feeding by the wire coils, but the weft should be pre-cut.
2. The machine use the hook to drawing the mesh, it has two drawing bar and it is adjustable.
3. Different diameters need different current and springs. 4. Main parameter: Mould Diameter Width of mesh Welding aperture
Rolling mesh 3-4.5mm &8804;2.5m 100*100mm- 200*200mm
