It is automated product line, which process is as follows:First, loading comminution pvc materials to mixing device manully, then running the auto work cycle process-drying and transmitting to loading device-plasticizing, extruding and forming cooling the forming dies-cooling in the cycle water container-drying with compress-air blowing -towing with tow device-automatic punch device-transmitting workpiece with manipulator-placing workpiece-last, moving the workpiece manually. The characteristics of this line are as follows: 1. It introduces automatic production and has high producing efficiency.Comparing with the old line, the work cycle time is 1/5and only need one operator to operate.
2. It is easy to operate and control quality during production.
3. It provides flexible process with PLC system and touch screen technology from DELTA company, which is easy to adjust and control the production.
