MEETI has been delivering short training courses in energy and minerals policy and industry since 1996. The courses have been accredited with the Graduate School of Public and Development Management at University of Witwatersrand. Courses in the following areas are offered: Energy Policy and Management, Climate Change and Environmental Policy Management in Energy, Environmental Policy and Management in Mining, Management of Petroleum Policy and Economics, Management of Mining and Minerals Policy, Opportunities for Entrepreneurs in Minerals and Energy, Mining Legislation: Minerals and Petroleum Resources Development Act, Health and Safety Act, Multi-Stakeholder Negotiations in Minerals, SADC Programme in Rural Energy Planning and Environmental Management. MEETI also designs courses to specific requirements of client organizations.
