n'kozi homes delivers innovative cost-effective energy efficient housing. Its vision/mission is to become a leading provider throughout Africa of an innovative, practical, efficient and affordable (less expensive than any conventional structures) geodesic dome structures suitable for traditional housing as well as the government subsidized low-cost housing sector, holiday homes, clinics, schools, agricultural buildings, game reserves, tuck shops, spaza shops, granny flats, thatched gazebos, storage facilities etc. Future plans envisage the development of gated communities consisting of 30 - 40 affordable units of approximately 80 square meters each, clustered around communal facilities.
