General Secretariat of Istanbul Exporters' Associations (GSIEA) is a semi governmental institution consisting of six different sectors. IEA is a Professional organization where both governmental responsibilities and representation of real sector intersect. In this respect associations of exporters are one of the rare organization models in the world.
